Megan Cornish (LICSW) is a consultant and strategist who works with behavioral health startups on product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and messaging. A licensed clinical social worker by training, she left direct practice to focus on the business side of mental healthcare, and found herself helping companies bridge the gap between what therapists (and clients) need and what the market builds. She writes Incomes & Outcomes on Substack and won a 2025 Best Story Award from Psychotherapy Networker. She lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and three kids.
