About Northern Arizona University OT Program

As one of Arizona’s top-ranked programs, NAU’s Doctor of Occupational Therapy empowers you to become a practice-ready leader in your field. Through service learning, fieldwork, and scholarly rotations, you’ll build advanced clinical reasoning, leadership, research, and advocacy skills, preparing you to improve community health and wellbeing across the lifespan.

Located at the state-of-the-art Phoenix Bioscience Core in Downtown Phoenix, students may choose to pursue the In-Person Learning Option or the Hybrid Learning Option. Both options deliver high-quality learning experiences to develop practical skills. The In-Person Learning Option is full-time, Monday through Friday. The Hybrid Learning Option is full-time with lectures delivered on-demand (asynchronously) and virtually, with in-person labs on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) eight times each semester.
