Bio
With extensive experience in health and safety consulting, Lisa advocates for proactive mental, physical, and fiscal health for individuals and organizations. She leverages her expertise in health tech, law, ergonomics, and risk management to deliver data-driven, customized solutions that reduce the human and economic cost of injuries, enhance productivity, and foster resilience.
As a strategy consultant at Ergo Health & Safety Innovations, she advises emerging health and legal tech startups on product development, market fit, pricing, and sales. She also implements employer-based musculoskeletal health services using cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practices.
Previously, Lisa held leadership roles where she achieved incremental growth, exceeded sales targets, led complex cross-functional projects, and founded programs that touched over 2.5 million lives with direct-to-employer programs. Lisa has a Master of Science in Law from Northwestern University, with a focus on STEM business law and entrepreneurship, and is a licensed Occupational Therapist and a certified Occupational Health Specialist.

My Capstone Project
As part of an occupational therapy doctoral program in the United States, students spend around 500 hours working on a capstone experience, part of which is a project.
