Bio

Hello! My name is Stephanie, and I am a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and proud University of Florida Gator alumni. If you know me, you know that I am passionate about mindfulness and elevating the profession's emphasis on mental health and holism. I love to learn and to share learned knowledge, to create, and to advocate for our amazing profession. In terms of professional experience, I have experience working in acute care, school-based pediatrics, and at a counseling and wellness center. I have also created a UF CEU course entitled "Mindfulness-Based Intervention in Occupational Therapy."
