What It Measures

The PDQ-39 is a 39-item questionnaire that offers a patient-reported measure of health status and quality of life. It is the most frequently used disease-specific health status measure in the Parkinson's Disease (PD) space. The questionnaire assesses how often people affected by PD experience difficulties across 8 dimensions of daily living, including relationships, social situations, and communication.
