What It Measures

The Short Blessed Test (SBT), sometimes called the Orientation-Memory-Concentration Test, is a weighted six-item instrument originally designed to identify dementia. The SBT evaluates orientation, registration, and attention. It was originally validated on patients in a skilled nursing facility and active community-dwelling senior citizens.
