Alona Prowell

Alona Prowell, MSOT, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist serving children and families in Arizona. She has experience across early intervention, school-based practice, and private pediatric therapy, with a strong focus on supporting participation in daily routines, fostering independence, and empowering caregivers through coaching and collaboration.

Alona is passionate about helping children thrive in their natural environments—whether at home, school, or in the community—by providing developmentally appropriate strategies that build confidence and support functional skills. She has particular expertise in sensory processing, fine motor development, and self-regulation, and values working closely with families and educational teams to create practical solutions tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.

When not working, Alona enjoys spending time with her husband and four boys, exploring sports, travel, and family adventures together.
