My passions within occupational therapy lie in mental health, community practice, health policy and advocacy, leadership, and education. I have mentored doctoral students in the areas of community and primary care practice and Colorado legislation and advocacy. I have educated countless fieldwork students in mental health settings and have experience teaching and directing clinical education for OTA students. I currently work in higher education with a focus on student success, faculty development, and curriculum management. I love sharing the magic of OT and applying our skillset in non-traditional, leadership, and community settings.
