Rebecca Beckley

Becky is a licensed occupational therapist offering in person and telehealth services at the Raleigh Hills & NE Portland Good Health Physical Therapy & Wellness locations in Oregon. In addition to Good Health, she will soon be offering telehealth services in Arizona through Paperflower Psychiatry. Becky works with adolescents and adults who are navigating chronic conditions, neurodivergence, mental health challenges, life transitions, and the everyday stress of trying to keep up with it all. Her approach is warm, practical, and whole-person focused, with care that is neurodiversity-affirming and gender-affirming. With a doctorate in occupational therapy, Becky brings experience from first episode psychosis teams and a physical therapy clinic supporting people with hypermobility, EDS, and related conditions. In sessions, she focuses on real-life strategies that help clients build routines, manage energy, reduce overwhelm, and do more of the things that they want and need to do every day.
