I’m a school-based occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience, born and raised in Texas. I earned my BS in Child Development from Texas Woman’s University and my MSOT from Washington University in St. Louis. I’m currently pursuing my post-professional doctorate in occupational therapy at the University of Montana and enjoying the pace and depth of the program. I’ve always loved learning, and this experience has energized me to think more critically about my practice and continue growing as a professional. While my path didn’t go exactly as planned, it has evolved exactly as it was meant to, and I now confidently specialize in school-based OT. Outside of work, I love crocheting, paddle boarding, and traveling with my husband. We’re passionate about dog rescue and have fostered more pups than we can count—currently sharing our home with three dogs of our own. I care deeply about helping others and give 1000% of myself every day.
