With a decade of hands-on healthcare expertise in the field of adult inpatient, outpatient, and home health rehabilitation as a former Speech Language Pathologist and certified brain injury specialist, I am now galvanized every day by the extraordinary opportunity to work as a leader of the educational content team at Prompt Health. I feel truly grateful to be a part of such an innovative, compassionate, dedicated team of people on a mission to drive the rehab industry forward, changing the game for all of the incredible helpers on the front lines of the healthcare field - from business owners, to front office coordinators, to billing and revenue professionals, to clinical providers – with patients able to receive better care and achieve better outcomes as a result.

Every day on the educational content/training team, we produce videos, articles, webinars, you name it - with the learner in mind. Still a neuro rehab therapist at heart, I love brains and how they work and learn, and I love connecting with others and partnering with them on their journey developing and/or strengthening their knowledge and skills. Now I get to do it with the same spirit (and same amount of puns), but on a bigger scale with a bigger impact – and with a team of like-minded subject matter experts and creators to collaborate with, and with more fun production resources in my toolkit.

My goal is for every Prompt U student to get the absolute most possible return on their investment of their time training and on the exceptional features in our product, all while cultivating an authentic connection with us, because our customers – and consistently striving to exceed our customers’ expectations – is our north star.
