Elisabeth Meikle

I received my M.S. in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 2010 and my B.S. in Kinesiology from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA in 2007. I’ve worked in a variety of pediatric occupational therapy settings including private practice clinics, early intervention, and school-based OT, with children with neurodevelopmental delays, gross and fine motor delays, visual motor and perceptual difficulties, and sensory processing differences. I began doing nature-based OT with Outdoor Kids OT in 2017 and have never looked back! I am currently the Lead Therapist at OKOT and enjoy collaborating with and supporting our team of OTs as well as training and mentoring other nature-based therapists in the ConTiGO approach. In addition to my work at OKOT, I have a small private practice where I work with children 3-10 years old. In my spare time, you'll find me hiking, meditating, doing yoga, gardening or chasing my toddler!
