I'm a trauma-responsive, neurodiversity-affirming pediatric OT, providing services grounded in compassion, curiosity, and creativity through my company, Connected Therapy LLC.
Holly is a child-centered, trauma-responsive occupational therapist whose work pulls from attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and relational neuroscience. A parent of four, she brings lived experience and empathy to her practice, along with advanced training or certification in pediatric trauma, sensory integration, AAC, autism, Early Intervention, craniosacral therapy, and Therapeutic Listening. She is a Safe and Sound Protocol provider, an endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist, and a graduate of Robyn Gobbel’s year-long training for professionals, which supports providers and parents of children with challenging behaviors. Holly served six years on the board of the Virginia Occupational Therapy Association and is the editor of three books related to occupational therapy, relational neuroscience, and parenting. Through Connected Therapy LLC, Holly and her small team of OTs serve children and families across the Richmond, VA, metropolitan area. They aren't out to "fix" kids; kids aren't broken! They bring OT services to homes, schools, and communities because that's where real life—and real growth—happen.
