Jacob's clinical background includes neuro-inpatient rehabilitation. His specialty areas include stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injuries, adolescent transitions, and sexuality. Jacob holds multiple professional certifications. He is a Certified Stroke Recovery Specialist (CSRS), certified in aquatic therapy through ATRI, and a Certified Sexuality Occupational Therapy Practitioner (CSOT). Jacob's clinical work revolves around neuro-oncology. Dr. Greenfield provides primary care services in the WVU MBRCC Brain Tumor Clinic. Additionally, Jacob serves as one of the faculty advisors for WVU Project MUSHROOM, a street medicine student-led group. Jacob is the WVU COTAD Chapter Faculty Advisor. Jacob is an active member and leader within the West Virginia Occupational Therapy Association and COTAD National.
