“ I am an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, and health coach with a small private practice in Central Iowa ”
I am an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist, also Health and Functional Nutrition coach. I have been working in healthcare for 22+ years.  Currently, I work at an outpatient hand therapy clinic but also have my own small private practice. Through the use of hand therapy with a manual and dry needling focus, and drawing from health coaching and functional nutrition/medicine for a root cause approach, I guide and support my clients to find and follow their best path to health and wellness. I live in central Iowa with my husband and our two dogs. I love home improvement projects, caring for my dogs, hiking, and camping!
