Kathleen Davidson, OTR/L, specializes in helping children develop and understand their unique brain and body connections through play and exploration.
Kathleen Davidson (she/her) is a Licensed Occupational Therapist and parent based in Los Angeles, California. She offers clinic-based OT for children and adolescents in mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. Her holisitc approach is evidence-based, client-centered and informed by adult Autistic voices. Kathleen has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient, in-home and schools. She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science from the University of Southern California. Kathleen's areas of interest include behavioral neuroscience, sensory processing and integration, regulation, motor control, and motivational interviewing. A former professional dancer, Kathleen draws on her lifelong passion for movement, perception, creativity, and communication. When she became a parent and her child benefitted from early intervention services, Kathleen was inspired to help others in the same way. She aspires to provide safe, supportive, LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming spaces and to work collaboratively alongside children and families towards meaningful goals and authentic participation.
