I am a multiply-neurodivergent occupational therapist and the founder of Neurospace LLC, a practice rooted in the belief that people deserve space to exist, grow, and define their lives on their own terms. I previously co-founded Diverge Community Services, LLC in 2022, where I helped build a vision centered on reducing barriers and supporting meaningful, self-directed living. Creating Neurospace was a natural and intentional next stepāallowing me to align my work more fully with my values, deepen my approach, and create a sustainable rhythm that supports both my clients and my own well-being.
I completed my professional training in Occupational Therapy at Eastern Michigan University, following my undergraduate studies in neuroscience and psychology at the University of Michigan Honors Program. My clinical experience includes both acute and long-term rehabilitation, with a focus on traumatic brain injury, cognitive rehabilitation, ADHD, Autism, mental health, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
My approach is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and deeply collaborative. I view each client as the expert in their own life, and my role is to partner alongside them with curiosity, respect, and compassion. Together, we work toward changes that feel meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with who they are, not who they are expected to be.
I am continually learning and evolving my practice to reflect current, evidence-based approaches while staying grounded in what matters most: creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. My own life experiences have shaped a deep sense of resilience and creativity, which I bring into my work in a way that supports flexibility, problem-solving, and new ways of seeing.
Outside of my clinical work, youāll often find me spending time with my daughter, husband, and corgi, exploring outdoors, listening to audiobooks, or making sawdust in my workshop.
