Rachel Yashouafar

Rachel Yashouafar, MS, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist and co-founder of Therapy Clubhouse, a pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice serving Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, and families throughout the Conejo Valley and Ventura County.A USC-trained occupational therapist licensed in California, Rachel specializes in early intervention and works with infants, toddlers, and children on sensory processing, fine motor and handwriting development, feeding and mealtime challenges, self-care and daily living skills, and developmental delays.Rachel provides individualized, play-based, family-centered therapy in the child's home, over telehealth, and beginning Fall 2026 at Therapy Clubhouse's Westlake Village clinic. She also provides services in Russian.She believes that partnering with families and meeting each child where they are creates the strongest foundation for meaningful progress.
