I’m the co-founder of Diverge Community Services where I use my OT lens to support the adult neurodivergent community with everyday life.
I co-founded Diverge Community Services with a vision to provide deeply individualized, client-centered care rooted in the belief that all humans deserve to live joyful, meaningful lives. My work is grounded in creating intentional, sustainable systems for individuals navigating a world that has not always been designed with them in mind, honoring both the realities of what they’ve been handed and the responsibilities they carry. Because not everyone is given the privilege to 'do less'. I earned my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University, where I also completed a combined Bachelor’s degree in Psychology through the Honors College. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood through older adulthood, in clinical, community, and school-based settings. My passion for supporting others in understanding and embracing their unique ways of experiencing the world began in my own adolescent years as being diagnosed with multiple neurodivergent conditions. Since then, I have pursued extensive training in sensory processing, neurological development, psychology, selective eating, and learning differences. My practices through a neurodiversity-affirming lens, prioritizing relationship-based modeling to foster safety, connection, realistic, and authentic engagement in therapy. In my personal time, I find joy in being with my child(and future child), husband, and animals, and spending time tending to my garden. I also enjoy crafting and creating, often using these moments as a way to slow down, connect, and bring intention into everyday life. If you don't find me creating DnD or animal focused sessions, you will find me on a swing in the forest with my child.
