Tamika graduated from OT school in 2001. During her career, she has primarily worked in the public schools within NC. However, she has also worked in preschool, early intervention, private pediatric clinic setting, hand therapy, and with private social skills groups. COVID-19 also introduced her to teletherapy. Within the last year, she entered into more leadership roles and has been mentoring and supervising staff OTs. Last year, she started her online business in order to provide mentorship and support to school based OTs privately as well.
