I'm Yhali Gat, OTR/L, a licensed occupational therapist and the founder of NeeflaOT, a mobile practice dedicated to compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming care for children and their families. I earned my M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Hebrew University (Israel) and have served families since 2013. My clinical approach is holistic, driven by: Core Philosophies: Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Non-Violent Communication (NVC), an Attachment-based and sensory lens, and training in Interoception. Key Certifications & Training: Cog-Fun (specialized for ADHD/executive function), S.O.S. Approach to Feeding, Responsive Feeding, and the A.E.I.O.U. Approach. I am passionate about empowering families to thrive and bring my strength-based support directly to you, providing customized care in your family's natural environment (home, school, or community).
