The experience is identical to an individual membership. The only difference is that one admin manages the plan and hands out the seats.

How it works

1. Sign up. You become the group admin.

2. Find your invite link. It's in the subscriptions tab of your account.

3. Share it with your team. Each person follows the link and creates their own login and password. You don't manage their accounts, and you never see their passwords.

Seats are yours to assign. If someone leaves, you can reclaim the seat for the next hire.

Can I add seats later?
Yes — $79 each, anytime.

What if someone leaves our team?
You can remove them and invite someone new. Seats belong to your plan, not to the person.

Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Just contact us and we'll set it up.

Do the seats have to be OTs?
Our courses are AOTA-approved, so CEUs are earned by OTs and OTAs. You're welcome to give a seat to a PT, SLP, or anyone else on your team — they'll have full access to the content and can create a Therapy Directory profile. Some state boards accept AOTA-approved courses toward their own requirements, so it's worth having them check their state's rules if they aren't an OT or OTA.
