Jason Kreuzman, MS, OTR/L

I am an Occupational Therapist and founder of RewireOT, outpatient therapy clinic. I have been a licensed Occupational Therapist since 2011, treating patients with Fu ctional Neurological Disorder (FND) and Chronic pain at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Dallas Children's Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital. I am a founding member of the FND Society and Co-Chair of the FND Society Pediatric SIG. I advocate for Occupational Therapy's role within the FND Multi-disciplinary care through research engagement, publications and educating fellow allied health professionals on FND and chronic pain, as well as our key role in patient care, through my website www.rewireot.com. My outpatient clinic, RewireOT which is located in ellisville, Missouri, provides in-person and virtual trestment to people of all ages with FND or Chronic Pain diagnoses in Missouri and Illinois.
