Hi there! I'm the founder/owner of Aging Together, LLC. Aging Together provides education, resources, and support to family caregivers of older adults. We do not currently provide any hands-on care coordination or management. It's a care consulting practice where we support individuals and families through their caregiving journeys. Pre-caregiving services primarily focus on proactive care planning for emergencies, rehab goals, long-term care needs, and end-of-life wishes. During-caregiving services offer curated resources, vetted referral partners, educational webinars, support groups, and one-on-one coaching calls. Post-caregiving services include one-on-one support as needed for transition planning and referrals for grief support.

More About Me: I have ~decade of experience working with older adults in a variety of practice settings as an occupational therapist with Board Certification in Gerontology and specialty certifications in dementia and fall prevention. In the Fall of 2022, I left full-time inpatient care to split my time across settings. While I continue to practice inpatient on a per diem basis, I am now in academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and guest lecturer, in leadership and mentorship through various volunteer board positions and programming, and in private practice through my consulting practice. I also host a podcast titled Aging Together Unfiltered, which educates the public about various age, care, and caregiving topics.

About the Aging Together Podcast: The Aging Together Podcast explores the challenges and opportunities of caring for our older adults. In this podcast, I interview guests who are experts in their fields or can share their experiences with elder care.
