I have been practicing occupational therapist for 4 years, first starting in pediatrics before transitioning to mental health. I have a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and theatre and feel that OT allows me to combine both her creativity and her interests in psychology. I enjoy incorporating interventions around interoceptive awareness, time management, body doubling, and DBT into my work with my patients.
