OTR/L SFBT Level 3 certified

About

I'm an OT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy practitioner passionate about helping neurospicy individuals thrive with practical, strength-based support.

Bio

A Bit About Me: I became an Occupational Therapist because I genuinely believe OT offers the most holistic, practical, and strength-based approach to health & mental health within the world of healthcare. On top of that, I earned a certificate in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) because I’m convinced it’s the future of talk therapy. It is a transformative approach that ignites hope, reinforces past successes, and helps you take confident steps toward your future. With SFBT, you'll feel more aligned with your strengths so that you can move forward with increased clarity & confidence. Who Do I Work Best With? I often work with clients who are what I lovingly refer to as “neurospicy.” This includes those who may have been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism, and who are navigating what it means to live authentically in a world that doesn't seem to honor thier needs. If that resonates with you, my combination of skills could be just what you’re looking for. I offer two main services that can support you in unique, complementary ways:

  • Occupational Therapy (OT): Strategies/adaptations for your environments, routines, & tasks that help you get unstuck & overcome everyday challenges.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): A fresh approach that inspires meaningful shifts and empowers you to take the next steps confidently.

Essentially, OT is all about practical tools and solutions, while SFBT guides you to...while SFBT guides you to **uncover your own strengths, envision your preferred future, and take small, doable steps to get there.  No matter which service you choose, my focus is always on your strengths.
