Bio
Christina Kane graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, N.Y. with her BS/MS in Occupational Therapy in 1991, working as an OT in development disabilities and subacute rehabilitation before specializing in health care administration. She earned her Doctor of Education degree in Health Policy from D’Youville College in 2011 and has held various healthcare administrative positions, most recently as Vice President-Musculoskeletal Service Line for the Catholic Health System in Buffalo NY. Dr. Kane also served as adjunct faculty in the MOT program at the State University of New York at Buffalo before accepting her current full time faculty position with NSU as Assistant Professor and Doctoral Capstone Coordinator after relocating to the Tampa Bay area of Florida. She also serves as the Chairperson of the Florida Occupational Therapy Education Consortium.
