Bio

I have been an OT for 8 years and counting. I am very passionate about aging in place and specifically helping those with home modifications as well as the Parkinson's and stroke population. I ventured out to start my own business to feel empowered to do whatever is necessary to fully support my clients and their families/caregivers. I want to support those aging in place as well as their support systems by providing caregiver education and support for both individuals and their caregivers to feel more empowered and prepared for the journey. I offer services and products for caregivers, as well as in home occupational therapy services to include home modifications and traditional occupational therapy services to help the aging population.

I have taken numerous courses to further my knowledge in home modifications, Parkinson's, Stroke, and dementia care. I have also been trained in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy - the Gillespie Approach to help to further reduce tension within the body due to trauma for supporting the body's natural healing and function for optimal development and aging.
