As a registered and practicing Occupational Therapist, my passion lies in helping individuals and families explore what’s possible in their lives. With over 8 years of experience working in disability and mental health spaces, I have developed a deep understanding of partnering with individuals and families to progress towards their meaningful goals. My core gift is creating a supportive and empowering space where you can notice what is, have the freedom to be yourself, and create shared meaning in your occupational journey. 

I am committed to providing inclusive and affirming support for individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations. I celebrate the diversity within our communities and will explore with you how to best ensure your identity is respected, valued, and integrated into our work. 

In practical terms, I help you gain awareness of your strengths, challenges, and their impact on your daily activities. I create a safe environment where you can freely express your true self and explore your passions and interests. Together, we co-create meaningful goals and plans that align with your values and aspirations, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment. 

Through use of neurodivergent affirming, low demand, trauma-responsive, and strengths-based approaches, most relevant to your circumstances, I aim to empower you to explore manageable changes that enhance your participation and engagement in all aspects of life. I believe in collaboration and partnership, recognising your expertise and valuing your autonomy.
