Bio

I am an occupational therapist and trained coach with expertise in dementia care. Throughout my clinical and management career, I have trained over 100 of my colleagues in the classroom, developed therapeutic programming for people with dementia in a senior day center, and advised on challenging cases. Now, in private practice, my focus is on equipping family caregivers with the knowledge and skill they need to reduce their burden and create more ease in their relationships. My priority is your confidence, self-care, and peace of mind.

I earned my master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2012 from Thomas Jefferson University and have completed work toward my post-professional doctorate (PP-OTD) at Jefferson. I also hold an advanced practice certificate from Jefferson in Coaching in Context, a model of positive psychology coaching.

I have held past certifications as an instructor for Crisis Prevention Institute’s Dementia Capable Care and Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care. I am currently certified in Thomas Jefferson University’s Skills2Care®.
