Katie Jones, MA, OTR/L, CLT-LANA, CWT joined ATSU's Occupational Therapy department faculty in 2019 where she teaches Clinical Practice Immersion courses for Mental Health, Pediatrics, and Hand & UE Rehabilitation. She is a supervising OT for the OT Pro-Bono Clinic for treatment of lymphedema, pediatric, and mental health clients. Katie has spent over 18 years as an OT working with the pediatric, adult, and gerontology populations. She has been a lymphedema specialist for 17 years and was trained as a lymphedema therapist through the Dr. Vodder School International in 2007 and became a certified lymphedema therapist through the Lymphology Association of North America (CLT-LANA) in 2011. Katie is also a Certified Wound Therapist through the International Lymphedema and Wound Training Institute and is certified in Conservative Sharp Debridement. Katie is currently conducting research for her doctorate in Education (EdD) on the educational journey of the cancer survivor.
