Bio

Kerry Mobley is a licensed Occupational Therapist practicing for over 20 years. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder, then went on to earn her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, California.  She has spent most of her professional career working in hospitals and nursing homes treating people with physical, mental and cognitive disorders. Starting in 2016, Kerry joined the Brain and Behavior Clinic as a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist treating clients with Traumatic Brain Injuries (primarily those with Post Concussion Syndrome after car accidents).  In 2021, Kerry followed her passion for Cognitive Rehab and started a private practice called Golden Cognitive Rehab treating clients via telehealth.  Her approach is holistic covering aspects such as physical pain, emotional distress, sleep and cognitive issues.  In addition to providing Cognitive Rehab, Kerry has taken training courses in CBT-I, an evidence based treatment for insomnia and is now helping those with insomnia sleep better. Most recently she has received a CAPS certification and plans on expanding her business into home modifications. She keeps current on the latest developments in the field by pursuing continuing education courses with a focus on evidence based practice.
