Bio

Khadijah Johnson is a women’s health occupational therapist and the owner of Inner Strength Pelvic & Postpartum Wellness specializing in supporting women holistically both physically and emotionally through the postpartum period and beyond. Originally from New Jersey, Khadijah received her undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and received her Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from Kean University in New Jersey. She is currently pursuing a Post Professional Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy. Khadijah has advanced trainings in maternal mental health, pelvic health, and sex & intimacy. She also sits on the board of Postpartum Support International’s Texas Chapter as Vice President. Khadijah currently lives in the Houston area with her husband and two kids. Khadijah is a proud wife of a U.S Navy veteran.  She loves Pilates, a good strong cup of coffee, spending time with family and friends and exploring brunch places in Houston. She strongly believes that women should be supported during the postpartum period. Through her work as a pelvic health occupational therapist she strives to empower women to recognize their inner strength through support, education, and healing!
