Mara is a certified lymphedema therapist and a somatic experiencing practitioner, and blends these areas to provide body-based mental health care for their client's whole self. Modalities offered include somatic experiencing, coaching for pacing and mindfulness, executive function support, and lymphatic drainage massage. In all their work, Mara is intentional about being fat positive, queer and trans affirming, anti-racist, kink and polyamory friendly, and liberation-minded. They can see adults for telehealth in Maryland, DC, and Virginia, or in their downtown Silver Spring, MD office.
