Bio

I have spent most of my career in school-based occupational therapy practice. I work in a large urban district in the Denver, Colorado metro area. Working in the schools has provided me with the opportunity to learn what children need in their natural environment of school. Occupational therapy has the unique lens of seeing the entire child and what strengths they bring to the school setting. We are also good at identifying barriers and solutions to those barriers. I obtained my post-professional doctorate in 2018. I am a certified trainer in the Neurosequential Model of Education in Aurora Public Schools.
