Bio

Dr. Amy Lamb is the Chief Learning Officer/Founder of Meraki&Me, LLC where she is an executive coach working with professionals to develop strategies and tools to explore ideas, take action and change the status quo in their organizations and communities. She is the owner of AJLamb Consulting, LLC working with organizations for program development, documentation expert review, post-professional education, and clinical practice innovation. Dr. Lamb is also an academic mentor and teaching professional with Boston University’s Post-Professional OTD program. Her 25+ years of experience spans healthcare, nonprofits, k-12, and higher education and industry. She received her bachelor of science in occupational therapy and her post-professional doctorate both from Creighton University. Dr. Lamb is Past-President of the American Occupational Therapy Association (2016-2019). She served the American Occupational Therapy Association on its Board of Directors as its President-Elect from 2015-2016 and Vice President from 2012-2015. Dr. Lamb is also a past chair of the American Occupational Therapy Political Action Committee (AOTPAC) from 2006-2012. Amy currently resides in Ann Arbor Michigan with her husband Nathan and, when not at college, their two emerging adult children. She strives to learn new things every day and enjoys time with her family, running, rowing, yoga, gardening, walking their dog and reading.
