Bio

I am a researcher and clinical specialist in postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS)/ hypermobility spectrum disorders, and I teach other therapists how to best serve these populations through my virtual courses and Instagram @emilyrichOT. I am also PWR! certified for Parkinson disease and see individuals with various chronic illnesses, functional neurological disorders, cancer-rehab and more. I completed a Ph.D. in OT at Texas Woman’s University, where my research focused on POTS group rehab approaches.
